Probably Too big for anything but a lowboy tractor-trailer rig to move. And some stuff too big for that! 1300 sq ft House and 2400 sq ft metal building on concrete slab, located on nearly 7 acres of timbered land near Port Townsend, Washington. Current Use Class 2000 - Manufacturing, and it has 3-Phase power.

(2) of them. 8' wide X 16' long Welded bases with removable welded steel side frames - they unbolt - one for each side. Each side frame is fitted with telescoping square tube uprights of 4" steel topped with very heavy duty 2" jack screws capped with swiveling pads. the cat's meow.

hull and deck molds currently supporting a lot of wetland obligate plants but these molds have not been designated jurisdictional wetlands yet. Better hurry though.
Too big for your pickup truck
    1976 Ford Courier pickup
    Only 80,000 miles, parked since 1988 when I got tired of driving around in a truck.

    1986 Subaru 4X4 GL 10-speed (5 speed trans w/hi and low range) Wagon (AKA Loyale). 120,000 miles. New clutch, timing belts, and brakes installed within last 1,000 miles. Totalled by my insurance company after a black-ice roll-over (I was a passenger. What a wild ride!).
    Steering box and cracked window glass were replaced to make it drivable, but some body damage (dents) remains. It has been parked since 1995.

    Drive it away? maybe.

    1951 MG-TD sports car, complete, solid w/original service manual and some tools. On blocks since 1971. Needs a tire to drive.

  3. Polycraft (Binks) airless gelcoater on floor dolly with boom. 50' hose. for MEKP/polyester, mixes at gun. Spray over 30 gallons of sanding gelcoat in a short day. Project.
  4. 17 foot Thistle sailboat hull. Two options: a complete hot-molded mahogany boat (described below) or a fiberglass Bare hull. Either could include a nice steel trailer. Wooden one has the really nice trailer.

  6. 13 foot Fiberglass high-volume sport kayak and molds
  7. wall-mount yellow steel tool cabinets. 2 doors. Storage in doors. With internal racks for tooling. Approximately 2' tall X 3' wide X 1' deep (2)
  8. Dock lights - very heavy duty lamp fixtures on double, articulated arms. Very similar to but not equipped with metal halide lamps.(4)
  9. Portable Fluorescent lamp fixtures. Stainless steel construction! Amazing quality. 4 foot tubes. (4)
  10. Thistle class racing sloop - Classic Grummann-built laminated mahogany hull, Harken running rigging, hi tech spars w/ rod-rigging, glass-epoxy bottom, on very cool steel trailer w/ new inner tubes in the tires.
  11. Kloss Novabeam 3-gun high-resolution video projection system (or wall-size RGB computer monitor) with 6.5 foot curved high-brightness screen. One of the very last ones made.
  12. Fairbanks wall-mounted balance-scale. Not digital. Capacity over 1000 lbs, resolves to ounces. Every bit as cool as an old bank safe.
  13. HEPA filter, self contained, provides laboratory air. 3' X 3' X 2' 120VAC operation.
